Paintings

Please allow me about a week to sign, varnish and carefully pack the artwork before dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on location and are usually 3–7 working days. Original paintings are usually dispatched from Espoo via Matkahuolto or Posti’s home delivery service. For nearby areas, I may deliver the painting myself by car or van. You can also collect the package from Espoo, which will give you the chance to see where the painting was created. Please send any delivery requests to hello@pirittasillan.com

Prints

Please allow 5–14 days for delivery, as your prints are handmade to order.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a delivery confirmation by email. Prints are delivered via FedEx.

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and to ensure the ordering process is secure. All paintings and products are covered by a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please also keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If you are considering a return, please contact us first by email at hello@pirittasillan.com. Once your return has been approved, you are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the costs of insured delivery. The product must be sent to the following address:

Please note that returns cannot be accepted without a prior return request.

Please do not send the artwork to a print shop, framer or other manufacturer, even if their details appear on the shipping labels.

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@pirittasillan.com so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We will notify you once the return has been received and checked. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that there may be a delay due to bank processing times.
