The current appointment booking systems used by
embassies operating under the Ministry for Foreign Affairs are difficult to use and have many technical problems, especially in mobile user interfaces. The goal of the project was to create an appointment booking system that smoothly serves the needs of all missions, enabling customers to conduct their business electronically on their own, as well as an official application for managing appointments on a service point-by-point basis.

At the beginning of the project, after conducting expert interviews, I worked on use case hypotheses and redesigned the customer self-service and official user paths together with the product owner and users. Based on this, I designed wireframe models focusing on the most important features and usability.
The implementation was validated with users in demos and workshops using a refined prototype.
