Service design and the involvement of different user groups at the heart of the project: more value for customers through a shared service package

Digital services guide customers to the right service and encourage them to support their well-being. The continuous development of the website was strongly based on customer understanding and data.

The project was executed by Gofore.

  • As part of the sustainable growth project, service guidance is being developed for services that promote well-being and health (HYTE). In order to streamline service guidance, a theme page is needed to compile various HYTE information sources so that city residents and professionals providing service guidance and counseling can find the services they need. There is also a need to share information about the services provided by other actors in Helsinki, such as organizations, that produce HYTE services.

  • Create a theme page that brings together all HYTE services, websites, and information available to everyone in Helsinki. Ensure the smooth running of the work process designed for social and health care professionals between the professionals' intranet-based toolkit and the theme page.

  • Design the website and a meaningful customer experience for it, taking into account the special groups that are customers in social and health care, formulate the necessary content to meet customer needs, implement website testing in collaboration with the project team, and iterate the final content of the website based on testing.
