The aim of developing a common system for the different pension operators was to create a structure and logic that would serve the different applications and be as consistent as possible, improving the user experience and efficiency.

I worked as SD/ UX designer on the project and conducted interviews with different experts. I analysed the interviews' outputs and, as a final product to support the conceptualisation, I implemented a proto that presents the structure and the main content of the applications.

This project laid the groundwork for the user interface redesign project by creating the necessary understanding of user needs and providing a prototype to guide future operational planning.
