Smoother government budgeting by improving usability.
In a human-oriented approach, a wide range of government budgeting experts were involved in the project, from ministry end users to senior management. The project was executed by Gofore.

The goal of developing the Ministry of Finance's planning and reporting tool was to streamline and standardize government budget planning and reporting.

At the beginning of the project, we redesigned the user paths for creating and maintaining the framework and budget proposal together with the product owner and users. Based on this, I designed the user interface, focusing on the most important features and usability.
The implementation was validated together with users in demos and workshops.

The project created a completely new tool, Buketti 2.0, for state budget planning and reporting. The updated system replaced the old system in its entirety.
